This simulation, Beer Business Today, was designed for managers of a brewery, to create a big picture understanding of the processes and issues involved in the beer brewing business. For this client, the simulation was customised for their business model in which most of the sales take place through distributors.

The simulation equips the participants to make better and more informed business decisions, and to experience the financial implications of their daily operational decisions.
